since we all agree then that institutions like ISEA abuse political rhetoric and ideals for there own gain (to fit in with an also abusive 'academic' culture), what are ways that institutions can embody supportive discourse and action.

And since we all agree that theoretical discourse is used by institutions as window dressing...
