[-empyre-] woooo!
So empyre,
since we all agree then that institutions like ISEA abuse political
rhetoric and ideals for there own gain (to fit in with an also abusive
'academic' culture), what are ways that institutions can embody
supportive discourse and action.
And since we all agree that theoretical discourse is used by
institutions as window dressing...
Nato Thompson's article really goes a distance on institutional support
for politically charged practice. What about discourse?
And what constitutes embodied discourse?
And what ways have people taken advantage of systems where the result
was more then good self promotion.
wooohooo!
